Join the Wisconsin Procurement Institute and guest speakers for the WPI ACQUISITION HOUR – a series FREE LIVE WEBINARS on a variety of Federal government contracting topics!
Event Description:
In order to be eligible to do business with the Federal Government (grants and contracts), a business MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Small businesses also have the opportunity to register in the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS). Both SAM and DSBS databases are searched by Federal agencies and Prime contractors to locate sources and teaming partners. Additionally, SAM is used to register in the Disaster Response Registry which must be used by Contracting Officers when contracting for debris removal, distribution of supplies, reconstruction, and other disaster or emergency relief activities inside the United States and outlying areas.
Join us for this informative session and learn how to register in SAM and DSBS as well as develop a profile that will best represent your firm’s capabilities!
Speaker: Joe Smetak, WPI
