Federal agencies and Federal prime contractors are actively looking for certified, qualified HUBZone firms.  The Federal agency goal is 3%..  In FY2014, the actual spending under this program was only at 1.83% and in FY2015 (not final) 1.83% .  So far in FY16, spending with HUBZone firms is at only 1.34%.

If your business is located in the near north or near south sides of Milwaukee, Indian Land, Adams, Door, Burnett, Sawyer, Vilas, Menominee, Forest, Bayfield, Iron counties– your business may qualify for the Federal HUBZone program.

This event will introduce you to the benefits of the program, determine if your business is eligible and walk through the application process.  You will also learn how to leverage the HUBZone program to increase your access and sales with the Federal government and large Federal prime contractors.

NOTE: Attendees have the option of joining this program either in person or online. If you are joining in person, registration will be from 8:30am to 9:00am with the program from 9:00am to 11:30am.   We encourage you to attend in person – you will have the opportunity to network with other attendees and the presenters.
