The US Forest Service Forest Products Laboratory and Northern Research Station, will be hosting an INDUSTRY DAY of February 25, 2016 in Madison, WI.

The Forest Products Laboratory (FPL) is the national research laboratory of the US Department of Agriculture. The facility opened in 1910 and provides scientific research on wood, wood products and their commercial uses in partnership with academia, industry, tribal, state, local and other government agencies. The focus of the Forest Products Laboratory is to promote healthy forests and forest-based economies through the efficient, sustainable use of the Nation’s wood resources.

The Forest Products Laboratory is actively seeking to increase their small business participation.  Of special interest are the areas of construction, A/E, as well as products and services in support of their research mission. There is no cost to attend this event, but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
