DESCRIPTION:On July 13\, the Department of War suspended CMMC Phase II and stood up a Reform Task Force. Its RFI asked industry what compliance actually costs and what should replace third-party assessments. Comments closed August 14. This session covers where the Task Force landed and what it means for contractors already partway through a Level 2 effort. We will also cover what remains fully in force: Phase 1 self-assessments\, DFARS 252.204-7012\, NIST SP 800-171\, SPRS scores\, and annual affirmations.
