He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a master’s in national security studies from Georgetown University. \n\nGuest Speaker: Kelly Callahan\, Integrated Supply Team Chief\nFire & Emergency Services Equipment\, DLA Troop Support\nKelly Callahan is an Integrated Supply Team Chief at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) – Troop Support within the Construction and Equipment Supply Chain. In her current role\, she serves as Program Manager for the Fire and Emergency Services Equipment (FESE) Tailored Logistics Support Program. She also works closely alongside the Special Operations Equipment (SOE) Tailored Logistics Support Program. The FESE and SOE Tailored Logistics Support Programs enable customers worldwide to order commercial\, off-the-shelf part numbered items within the scope of the contracts.  Sales for these programs exceeded $6 Billion in Fiscal Year 2023 and are on track to surpass that for Fiscal Year 2024. \nKelly has 14 years of Government contract experience with DLA.
