DESCRIPTION:About the Event\nUnderstanding Potential Solutions to Advance Casting & Forging through Digital Manufacturing \nMxD is developing a technology roadmap focused on how digital manufacturing technologies can benefit the Casting and Forging industry. The roadmap will examine critical phases in the lifecycle\, including design\, production\, and supply chain\, and will be informed through a series of 3 in-person workshops with industry\, academia\, government\, and relevant trade associations. \nMxD is looking for organizations that would be willing to participate in one or more of the workshops to share their expertise in the industry and their experiences with digital manufacturing technologies and how they might be better utilized throughout the casting and forging lifecycle. \nThe second workshop will take place on December 9\, 2025 from 8:30am-5pm\, at the MxD facility in Chicago\, IL. \nFor more information\, click here.
