DESCRIPTION:Failure to provide required contract bonds can result in an offeror being excluded from competition or a contractor being terminated for default! \nRequired contract bonds often include Bid Bonds\, Performance Bonds\, and Payment Bonds. Performance and Payment Bonds are generally required for federal construction contracts that exceed $150\,000.
