Previously\, Travis served as the first deputy director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)\, the nation’s leading civilian cybersecurity agency. There he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the $2+ billion\, 2000+ employee organization across the full range of its mission in cybersecurity\, infrastructure protections and emergency communications. Prior to this position\, he was the deputy undersecretary for national protection (NPPD) within the Department of Homeland Security. \nBefore entering government service in 2018\, Travis served as vice president of homeland security for Cadmus\, a security\, energy\, and environmental professional services firm. He joined Cadmus when the security consultancy he co-founded\, Obsidian Analysis\, Inc.\, was acquired by Cadmus in 2016. \nA former naval officer\, Travis served as an engineering auxiliaries officer aboard the guided-missile frigate U.S.S. CARR (FFG 52). He then served a tour as White House Liaison to the Secretary of the Navy and was also a White House Military Aide. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a master’s in national security studies from Georgetown University. \n\nGuest Speaker: Kelly Callahan\, Integrated Supply Team Chief\nFire & Emergency Services Equipment\, DLA Troop Support\nKelly Callahan is an Integrated Supply Team Chief at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) – Troop Support within the Construction and Equipment Supply Chain. In her current role\, she serves as Program Manager for the Fire and Emergency Services Equipment (FESE) Tailored Logistics Support Program. She also works closely alongside the Special Operations Equipment (SOE) Tailored Logistics Support Program. The FESE and SOE Tailored Logistics Support Programs enable customers worldwide to order commercial\, off-the-shelf part numbered items within the scope of the contracts.  Sales for these programs exceeded $6 Billion in Fiscal Year 2023 and are on track to surpass that for Fiscal Year 2024. \nKelly has 14 years of Government contract experience with DLA. Prior to supporting the FESE Program\, Kelly served as a Program Manager for the Wildland Fire Protection Program\, Contracting Officer for Class IV Division and as a Contract Specialist for Heavy Equipment Procurement Program. \nKelly is a proud graduate of Temple University and lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and three children. \n\nGuest Speaker: Wayne Boline\, Director – Strategic Cyber Partnerships\, Raytheon Technologies (RTX)\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\nWayne Boline joined Raytheon at Missile Systems in Tucson\, AZ in 2003 as the Network Manager responsible for classified/unclassified networks and voice systems for the 10\,000+ member business. Before joining Raytheon\, he served nearly 23 years in the US Air Force in both enlisted and officer roles responsible for areas in Electronic Warfare\, Telecommunications\, Computer Crime Investigations\, and Communications-Computer Systems. In 2006 he transferred to the Raytheon Corporate IT Security organization in Texas and has held roles in Cybersecurity Incident Response and Cybersecurity Information Sharing and Collaboration. He was a Senior Manager with Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS) and led the Global Cyber Compliance Services (GCCS) team until April 2020 when he began leading the Enterprise Compliance group of the newly formed Raytheon Technologies (RTX)\, a merger of Raytheon and United Technologies. In Jan 2021 he took on the new role of leading Strategic Relationships in the Cyber Policy and Compliance group and in June was promoted to Director – Strategic Cyber Partnerships and reports to the RTX CISO. \nWayne served five years (2011-2016) as the Chairman of the Board of the Defense Security Information Exchange (DSIE) and is a current board member of Cyber AB and Chair on the Ethics Committee\, a current board member of the National Defense ISAC\, the RTX representative to the DOD Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Cybersecurity Program\, and Co-Chair of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) Cyber Security Committee. \nWayne holds the CISSP\, ISSMP\, and CCSP certifications\, a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland and an MS in Network Security from Capitol Technology University. \n\nGuest Speaker: Nick Gross\, Senior Vice President\, Government Programs\, AAR\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\nNicholas Gross is Senior Vice President of Integrated Solutions for AAR\, an independent provider of aviation services to commercial and government customers worldwide. \nIn 2019\, Gross was appointed a corporate officer in addition to his current role as Senior Vice President of Integrated Solutions\, a business that manages commercial and government fleet management services and programs for customers around the world. \nGross joined AAR in March of 2016 as Vice President of Integrated Solutions – Government to oversee the development of custom solutions for government fleets worldwide\, including aviation supply chain and contractor logistics support (CLS).\nBefore joining AAR\, Gross spent over 16 years in international management\, strategic development and project execution\, including positions with Michael Baker International\, KS International and KBR\, Inc. \nGross is a U.S. Air Force veteran serving four years in the Civil Engineering Squadron with numerous international deployments. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management – Northwestern University and a BS in Business Administration from Troy University. \n\nGuest Speaker: Paul Darley\, Chairman\, CEO & President\, W.S. Darley & Co.\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPaul C. Darley is Chairman\, CEO & President of W.S. Darley & Co. In 1997\, he became President and COO and was appointed CEO in 2003. He was named Chairman in 2011. Under his leadership\, sales have increased over 5000% to over $625 million in 2021. He began in pump sales in 1985 and was named Vice President for the Fire Pump Division of Darley in 1990. \nFounded in 1908\, W.S. Darley & Co is a fourth-generation family business\, led by Paul and an executive team that has transformed this 114-year-old company into a world leader in the firefighting and defense industries. \nPaul is a graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago and he holds a BS Degree in Marketing and Finance from Marquette University.  He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Previously\, Scott spent 16 years with Medtronic in various leadership positions including the European Infrastructure Manager\, the Vascular division CIO\, and the head of global security.  Scott has extensive experience with regulatory frameworks and government contracting including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)\, HIPAA\, medical device (ISO 13485)\, and cybersecurity (ISO 27001\, NIST)\, aerospace (AS9100) and nuclear (NQA-1). \nScott is the past board chair for the Minnesota Technology Association (MnTech)\, past President of the University of Wisconsin\, Madison NROTC Alumni Association\, and current board member of InfraGard.  In June 2021\, he testified before Congress on the costs to small business to comply with the DoDs Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).  He currently chairs the C3PAO (CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization) Stakeholder Forum (C3PAOForum.org). \nScott has an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Minnesota\, Carlson School of Management\, and BS is Meteorology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  He also has a certification in Joint Professional Military Education from The Naval War College. \nFor the DoD cybersecurity ecosystem\, Scott is a Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA)\, Certified CMMC Professional (CCP)\, and CMMC Provisional Instructor (PI).  CyberNINES is an Authorized C3PAO. \n\nGuest Speaker: Todd Streicher\, President and Co-Founder\, CyberNINES\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\nTodd Streicher\, Co-founder and President of CyberNINES\, also founded the technology company 5NINES in 2001; a successful internet\, managed services\, colocation\, and hosting company providing services to over 250 companies. \nHe was instrumental in creating 5NINES cybersecurity program in 2017 that offered NIST 800-171 assessments to companies in Wisconsin who are members of the Wisconsin Manufacturer’s Extension Partnership. \nPrior to 5NINES\, Todd served as a service management expert for the University of Wisconsin-Madison\, Compuware Corporation and Telephone & Data Systems\, and Philips Electronics in the Netherlands. With more than 30 years of experience in the IT sector\, he has worked with businesses of all sizes. \nTodd is a founding member of the State of Wisconsin’s Cyber Strategy and Planning Work Group (WCSPWG) that addresses Wisconsin’s critical public and private infrastructure cybersecurity. He is also a board member of WisconsinEye\, a non-profit\, private public affairs cable network\, Wisconsin Aerospace Partners which supports organizations engaged with the aerospace industry\, and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Great Lakes Chapter. \n\n
