As a military contractor, you must be aware of some of the regulations that impact the sales of military goods, services, technical knowledge and data to non US military customers.

Is there due diligence that you must perform? For firms that operate in this space, knowledge of these programs and associated requirements is essential. Following the requirements will help to safeguard our national “intellectual property” and avoid any of the harsh and costly penalties which may result. This presentation will provide an overview of these program and their requirements.
