About the Speaker
Joe Klenke has been with Shelmet Precision Casting for over 20 years, working every position within the plant before being promoted to a position in management.  Today as the Sales Manager he oversees all the company sales representatives in the US & Canada; handles internal customer service, and continues to increase export market share.  Working closely with the marketing department, he has built a considerable internet and social media presence.  Under his leadership, dozens of new companies join the Shelmet family every year & existing companies continually expand their product line; a record 14 new tools were built in the 1st quarter of 2016 alone.  Joe has been known for his patience with start-ups, guiding them through the processes from ideas, process development, prints and models, all the way to investment casting production.  He freely gives developmental advice even if the project is something that doesn’t belong at Shelmet; finding the most economical way to produce today’s version of both yesterday’s replacement parts and bringing tomorrow’s dreams to reality.
