Procurement for the Wisconsin Center Expansion project is underway. The project includes a 300,000 SF addition consisting of 24 new meeting rooms, a new ballroom that can seat 2,000 guests and an integrated parking structure for 400 cars. We anticipate construction to begin in 2022 and will take approximately 24 months to complete.
Procurement (bidding) for vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and professional services firms will follow a clear and detailed process with good faith efforts to build significant capacity in local workforce and business, with inclusion and diversity as a high priority.
