7th Annual DOD Contract Management Update: Meeting the Challenges of the DOD Supply Chain – Brookfield

NCMA Wisconsin, National Defense Industrial Association Great Lakes Chapter (NDIA), the Wisconsin Procurement Institute (WPI), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), will present a day long training focused on the changing requirements impacting the DoD Supply Chain. Subject matter experts from Government and Industry will cover topics relevant to both Program Management and Contracting.  Planes, Ships, and Trucks – from quality management to cybersecurity to supporting an adequate proposal, understanding the challenges of major DoD acquisitions is critical to both prime and subcontractors alike.
