The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is one of the largest procurement organizations in the federal government, providing critical supplies and services to support the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) is the main portal where businesses can view solicitations, submit quotes, and compete for contracts.

This two-part training series is designed to help contractors and subcontractors understand how to get started with DLA and navigate the DIBBS system effectively.

• Part 1 introduces participants to DLA’s mission, the types of products and services it buys, how to register, and the basics of navigating DIBBS.  
• Part 2 takes a deeper dive into using DIBBS, including how to search for opportunities, interpret solicitations, submit offers, and position your business for success.
