The Mission and Installation Contracting Command’s (MICC) Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) is a command-wide virtual event committed to maintaining small business transparency. The APBI event allows small business and large industry representatives to hear forecasted requirements in support of varied Army mission partners from the command’s senior contracting officials.
