Simplified Purchase Agreement (SPA) Training

The GPO SPA Program offers a streamlined agency procurement option for projects under $10,000 using GPO-approved contractors. Under SPA, agencies solicit bids and issue print orders directly to the chosen contractor. This free 2-hour course provides the mandatory training for agency staff who will sign SPA work orders. The course is also open to anyone interested in learning more about the SPA Program.
