The June 2017 HHS Vendor Outreach Session agenda consists of 15-minute, pre-arranged appointments. Businesses may select up to three appointments and meet with the Small Business Specialists from the *HHS Operating Divisions (OpDivs) to discuss their capabilities and be made aware of possible procurement opportunities.
Reservations are required. Scheduling of the appointments is on a first come, first served basis. Only two attendees per company may register for this event and will attend the sessions together. Vendors may attend 3 sessions only.
*Meetings with the CDC, FDA, and SAMHSA Small Business Specialist may be conducted via video teleconference.
**This event is ONLY for Small Businesses.
Important Note: Companies may attend a maximum of three Vendor Outreach Sessions per Fiscal Year.
