We appreciate your participation in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Direct Access Program events and previous National Veterans Conferences. VA is committed to bring to NVSBE more than 350 VA procurement decision makers (senior executives, program managers, and contracting staff). We have also invited procurement decision makers (PDMs) from 16 additional federal agencies and over 60 major corporations who seek to do business with Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs).

In FY 2014, VA spent $17.6 billion in contracts with 22.3 percent going to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. More importantly, 23% of VOSBs who attended the 2013 event in St. Louis received awards in FY 2014 totaling $562 million. If you want to increase your opportunity to compete for that business, you need to be in Atlanta!

NVSBE is an investment that creates returns! Our approach at this year’s Engagement is to directly match PDM requirements with your capabilities; and enable you to personally engage with PDMs and commercial customers to enhance your chances of winning procurement contracts. • Discuss your capabilities and address specific business requirements directly with PDMs at Networking Roundtables
