The Business and Enterprise Systems (BES), Enterprise Services Division will host a Vendor Industry Day (VID) on Wednesday, 30 November at Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex AL, Building 892 Auditorium. The event starts at 8:30 am and is expected to end at 3:30 pm.

The event will focus on the upcoming Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions (SBEAS) IDIQ which will act as the replacement for the current NETCENTS 2 Application Services Small Business vehicle.

Registration: To register for this event, each individual please submit an email to AFLCMC.BES.SB_IDIQ@us.af.mil containing the following information:

• Attendee(s) Full Name
• Email Address
• Company Name
• Small Business Classification (e.g. 8a, SDVOSB)
• Base entry visitor pass needed (Yes or No)

This information will be used for registering companies as well as to obtain visitor passes for individuals that do not have existing base entry credentials (i.e., Common Access Card (CAC), prior military identification).

The deadline for registration is November 21, 2016, this is to ensure we have an adequate amount of time to obtain visitor access and adequate space for the event.

Base Access:

• Submit requested information above to have names added to the visitor log. All names must be provided to the base Visitor’s Center 72 hours to date of event; therefore registration deadlines are important.
• Must have existing contractor CAC identification or another valid form of base entry identification.
