Prime contractors and subcontractors on federal construction projects face many challenges in the course of completing a project. Many times contractors new to the federal system do not realize the extent of their commitment to the government. In this webinar, we will discuss ten issues that are a concern to government contractors, as well as to government agencies. We will discuss some of the major downfalls, explain how to avoid major problems on a project and successfully bring a contract to completion. Contractor and subcontractor rights will be explained as well.
