Prime contractors and subcontractors on federal construction projects face many challenges in the course of completing a project. Many times contractors new to the federal system do not realize the extent of their commitment to the government. We will discuss four issues that are a concern to government contractors, as well as to government agencies. We will discuss some of the major downfalls, explain how to avoid major problems on a project, as well as contractor and subcontractor rights.

• Subcontracting Issues
• Contract Completion Issues
• Certified Payroll Issues
