The US SBA will discuss recent amendments to the National Defense Authorization Act NDAA 2013 that will impact federal contractors.  These changes may have a significant impact on how you manage your federal sales efforts and contracts.

According to US SBA regulations, affiliation exists when one business controls or has the power to control another or when a third party (or parties) controls or has the power to control both businesses. Control may arise through ownership, management, or other relationships or interactions between the parties.
