Acquisition Hour – Flow-down Clauses – Management and Responsibilities for Federal Contractors

Both prime contractors and subcontractors are impacted by Flow-Down Clauses in federal contracts. Flow down clauses may impact your bottom line and should be factored into your contract costs. We will review how to determine if a clause flows down and common contract clauses that flow down to subcontracts.
