About the Speaker

Dave Olson is a Government Contract Specialist for the Wisconsin Procurement Institute (a Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)), providing instruction and guidance to Wisconsin businesses on local, state, and federal contracting matters. In addition to procurement counseling duties for the PTAC, Dave has more than 30 years of federal contracting experience with the US Air Force, in Michigan, Washington, and England, and the US Army at Fort McCoy. He also has 8 years of experience as a procurement counselor with Wisconsin PTACs. Dave has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin River Falls and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University. He works out of the Wisconsin Procurement Institute Camp Douglas office.
