A Conversation with Carla Raupp, President, Triple Win Strategies

Transfer your Proposal to an Executable Contract

–          “The good news is we got the contract!”   –  Is your Proposal transferable to Contract Execution after it’s awarded?

After you complete the Q&A phase, all the negotiations and have your victory party…how do you then execute and communicate the changes and the impacts of those changes to engineering, production, suppliers, etc. while maintaining a successful, cost effective contract?

In the transition, from what you originally  proposed (the engineering spec, the production timeline, the logistics plan – yes, all of that -) to the contract you are now executing, what changed?
How does it look after the award?  How do you communicate and execute changes that resulted from proposal to contract award?  “How’d we get here?”   –

Carla Raupp is President and Founder of Triple Win Strategies, a WOSB.
