The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) will host a Vendor Outreach Session on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Washington, DC. The purpose of this outreach session is to offer U.S. small businesses the opportunity to learn about USAID, the procurement process, and some of USAID programming priorities and procurement needs for headquarters and the overseas missions (field offices). The deadline for pre-registering is 5pm EST on May 12, 2016, or when the maximum number of eligible pre-registrants is reached.
A firm may pre-register for this session if it is interested in partnering with USAID, if it is registered in the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov), and if it is in good standing with the U.S. Government. Please be sure to include the name of the one (1) person who would represent your firm. Small businesses that pre-register will then be notified of their registration status. Firms invited to attend the event will receive details about the location of the session, and they will be asked to submit their capability statements. In order to pre-register for the session, please provide the information requested in the pre-registration form (see link (URL) below).
Due to seating limitations, participation this session will be limited to approximately 75 representatives of U.S. small businesses. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
