A Federal prime contractor flows down to the subcontractor mandatory terms and conditions. The subcontractor must comply with these obligations under their contract with the prime. The level of risk and associated costs, for both prime and subcontractors, can be significantly impacted by these flow down clauses.
A contractor must be aware and have a thorough understanding of these clauses and the impact they will have your contract performance prior to signing the contract.
