The Wisconsin Procurement Institute and UW-Stout Manufacturing Outreach Center (MOC) invite you to join us for an informative event on key topics relevant to the manufacturing sector. The presentations will focus on automation and operational technology in manufacturing, providing insights into how these advancements can improve efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the event will offer an introduction to cybersecurity requirements for Federal and Defense contracting. About the Event Host:

The CVTC Center for Cyber Defense was developed to showcase the IT – Network Specialist program and to provide cyber security resources to students, faculty, and community members. The Center for Cyber Defense been designated by the NSA as a “Center for Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education.” The goal of the CAE Cyber Defense Education program is to reduce vulnerability in the national information infrastructure by promoting higher education and research in cyber defense and producing professionals with cyber defense expertise. Additionally, the Cyber Range has been established to help industry partners simulate real-life cyber security events, so they are better prepared for a future of cyber uncertainty.
