Baly Ambegaoker is a serial entrepreneur and business executive who, over the past 25+ years, has built and sold two successful businesses. Experienced in both the public and private sectors, she is skilled and capable of quickly adapting to the size, scale, and complexity of challenges across many different markets. Baly’s goal is to give back to the business community, which she does through serving on multiple boards of directors. Baly earned an associate in architecture, BS degree in Management and her MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.

In 1993, Baly Ambegaoker founded IDL Solutions, an IT Services firm serving federal government clients. With a remarkable blend of solid business acumen and innovative thinking, Baly set her sights on making IDL Solutions the premier provider of analytics and application development within the Federal government Healthcare sector. Her strategic vision led to her company winning multi-million-dollar awards, beating out multiple large businesses, resulting in the IDL Solutions successful acquisition by CACI in 2012. While at CACI, she worked closely with the C-suite to develop pursuit strategies for the company’s significant opportunities. After a two-year stint in a large, publicly traded company, the entrepreneurial bug returned. Baly cofounded her next company, CENTERPOINT; a cybersecurity firm. Leveraging her prior experiences, Baly quickly grew the firm by increasing more prominent contract awards while building a solid reputation for quality, capability, and mission focus. Gunnison Consulting Group acquired CENTERPOINT in 2022, her second successful exit in less than a decade. Currently, Baly serves on the Board of Directors for Gunnison Consulting.

Baly has also been a long-time member of the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Procurement Institute (APEX), where she gives back to the small business community. Baly also serves on the Board of Advisors of TIDL, a pain management products company.

In addition to her many business successes, Baly devotes her time and financial commitment to supporting multiple charitable causes. She strongly supports professional women, education for children, and the elimination of childhood diseases. Throughout her career, Baly has received numerous accolades and awards for her business acumen. Some notable mentions include SBA Entrepreneur of the Year, Top 10 Woman-Owned Business, Future 50 Firm (3 consecutive years), and the 40 under 40 Entrepreneurial Award.

Apart from her thriving professional career, Baly is an avid enthusiast of several hobbies including golfing, reading, aviation, and traveling.
