James Schutt – President of Schutt Industries

Jim Schutt is the founder of Schutt Industries.  He has 45 years of trailer/enclosure manufacturing experience in the defense and commercial markets.  Jim graduated high school in 1972 and worked his way up through the ranks at his previous place of employment.  In 1998 he began Schutt Industries has been involved in the design, testing, production and fielding of over 75,000 trailers.  He has grown Schutt Industries to over 350,000 square feet of manufacturing space and approx. 100 employees.  He has worked on hundreds of military contracts as well as commercial orders and spent thousands of hours at test facilities such as Aberdeen Test Center, NATC and YUMA.
